For Public Tours

Cancellations Made More than 24 Hours

  • Full Refund or Credit: If you cancel more than 24 hours before your tour starts, you are eligible for:

    • A full refund of the tour ticket price, or

    • A travel credit for future use, valid for one year from the original tour date (subject to availability and potential price changes).

  • Important Exclusions: Refunds apply only to the base tour ticket. Any additional add-ons or services purchased separately are non-refundable.

Cancellations Made Less than 24 Hours

  • No Refunds or Credits: Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, late arrivals, and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or future travel credit. This policy applies to all circumstances, including illness or transportation issues.

  • Late Rescheduling: If you request to reschedule less than 24 hours before your tour starts:

    • A rescheduling fee of $30USD per ticket will be charged.

    • The new tour must be booked within one year of the original tour date.

For Private Tours

Cancellations for Small Groups ≤ 6 guests

  • Full Refund or Credit: If you cancel more than one week (7+ days) before your tour starts, you are eligible for:

    • A full refund of the tour ticket price, or

    • A travel credit for future use, valid for one year from the original tour date (subject to availability and potential price changes).

  • Important Exclusions: Refunds apply only to the base tour tickets. Any additional add-ons or services purchased separately are non-refundable.

  • Late Rescheduling: If you request to reschedule less than 48 hours before your tour starts:

    • A rescheduling fee of $30USD per ticket will be charged.

    • The new tour must be booked within one year of the original tour date.

Cancellations for Large Groups ≥ 6 Guests

  • Deposit: All large group bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking cost.

  • Full Payment: The remaining balance is due one week before the tour date.

  • Cancellation More Than One Week Prior:

    • If canceled more than 7 days before the tour, you are eligible for:

      • A refund of the amount paid, minus the non-refundable 30% deposit, or

      • A travel credit for the full amount, valid for one year from the original tour date (subject to availability and potential price changes).

  • Important Exclusions: Refunds apply only to the base tour tickets. Any additional add-ons or services purchased separately are non-refundable.

  • Late Rescheduling: If you request to reschedule less than 48 hours before your tour starts:

    • A rescheduling fee of $30USD per ticket will be charged.

In Case of Severe Weather

  • Reschedule or Full Refund: Due to severe weather, such as typhoon, we'll do our best to reschedule the tour for another day. If it's impossible to reschedule, then we'll give you a full refund of the tour ticket price.
